Nkongsamba Bobolo 500 g is a traditional Cameroonian speciality made from cassava, prepared and wrapped in leaves to give it its characteristic shape. With its soft texture and authentic flavour, it is an excellent accompaniment to sauces, fish, meat, grilled dishes and many African meals. It can be reheated by steaming, in hot water, or using your preferred traditional method.
