Terms and Conditions of Sell-First
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Sell-First. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

- Services: refers to the services and features provided by Sell-First, including event ticket sales, mini-site creation, and related services.
- Content: refers to any material such as data, text, design elements, sounds, videos, etc., provided by Sell-First.
- User Content: refers to any material posted or contributed by users while using the Services.
- Organizer: refers to event organizers using the Services to create and promote events.
- Consumer: refers to individuals using the Services to purchase tickets or attend events.
- Sell-First: refers to the Sell-First website(s), apps, and employees.
- Terms: means the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.2 Sell-First Entity
Sell-First is registered in Germany under the name Goldoni Bogning Fouotsa. Registered Address: Niendorfer Strasse 43, 22529 Hamburg, Germany. VAT ID: DE 332972034. All notices related to these Terms should be sent to [email protected].
1.3 Applicable Terms
If you use our Services for paid events, Sell-First's Merchant Agreement and Refund Policy apply. By using the Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Statement.
2. Services of Sell-First
2.1 Service Scope
Sell-First provides tools and a platform for event organizers to create mini-sites for their events, list and sell tickets, and manage the sales process. All transactions are processed through our platform, but the event organizers are responsible for the events and their content.
2.2 Organizer Responsibility
The Organizer is fully responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all applicable laws and that the services provided on their mini-site are accurate. Payments are made directly to the Organizer, who is also responsible for refunds.
2.3 Payment and Orders
Payments for tickets are processed via PayPal and Stripe. Both payment options transfer funds directly to the Organizer. After a payment is successfully processed, the Organizer is paid directly.
2.4 Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the user at the time of purchase.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) of Sell-First
3.1 Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the allowed and prohibited behaviors when using Sell-First services. By using our platform to buy or sell event tickets, you agree to follow this policy.
3.2 Responsibilities of Event Organizers
- Create events that comply with the law.
- Ensure that products and services are accurately described.
- Verify consumer information.
- Manage refunds.
- Obtain all necessary licenses.
3.3 Responsibilities of Consumers
- Provide accurate information.
- Follow the event rules.
- Use tickets in a personal and non-transferable manner unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
3.4 Prohibited Behaviors
- Selling illegal tickets.
- Fraud and malicious activities.
- Identity theft.
- Copyright infringement.
- Abusive behavior.
3.5 Monitoring of Suspicious Behaviors
Sell-First reserves the right to monitor and take action against users involved in suspicious activities.
3.6 Refund Management
Organizers are responsible for managing refunds. In case of event cancellation, a full refund must be provided.
3.7 Limitation of Liability
Sell-First acts solely as an intermediary for ticket sales and is not responsible for the events themselves or the actions of the organizers.
3.8 Policy Modifications
Sell-First reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users will be informed of major changes.
