Le 16 août 2025 à partir de 19h, l'Association CJED organise un gala caritatif et culturel à Strasbourg, au 2 Avenue de Normandie (67100). Cet événement vise à soutenir la santé maternelle et promouvoir le vivre ensemble. Les bénéfices générés par le gala seront entièrement consacrés à la construction d'une maternité dans une zone rurale du Cameroun. Le terrain destiné à ce projet est déjà acquis.
Afin de concrétiser cette initiative, l'association lance un appel à votre générosité, que ce soit sous forme de dons financiers ou de matériel médical.
Ce projet, baptisé « La maternité des vies », vise à lutter activement contre la mortalité maternelle et infantile. En effet, aucune femme ne devrait perdre la vie en donnant naissance à une autre.
